By accessing and using Socialfire ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Socialfire is a SaaS platform that allows users to connect their Instagram Business or Creator accounts and display customizable Instagram feeds on their websites. The Service includes:
- Instagram account connection and management
- Customizable feed widgets
- API access (on applicable plans)
- Analytics and usage tracking
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your account information as needed
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription and Billing
Free Plan: The Service offers a free tier with limited features as described on our pricing page.
Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: Refunds are provided at our sole discretion. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of purchase may be eligible for a prorated refund.
5. Instagram Integration
The Service integrates with Instagram via Meta's official APIs. By connecting your Instagram account:
- You authorize us to access your public Instagram content
- You confirm you have the right to display this content
- You understand that Instagram's terms also apply to your content
- You acknowledge that access tokens may expire and require reconnection
6. Usage Limits
Each plan has specific usage limits including:
- Number of Instagram sources
- Number of feeds
- Monthly view limits
- Posts per feed
Exceeding your plan's view limit may result in your feeds displaying a paused message until the limit resets or you upgrade your plan.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Display content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use the Service to send spam or malicious content
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Socialfire and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to your Instagram content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to display your content as part of your feeds.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms
- Is harmful to other users or the Service
- Is fraudulent or illegal
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIALFIRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the Service
11. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
